I guess Thanos on Project Menagers pic fits nicely here, i think you guys just reduced the server population by half at this point with all the bullshit. Probably the worst server launch i have ever seen. Like it still amazes me how admins on priv servers are never prepared for such things on start. smfh.

What is the formula for skill reuse here? dex / wit and aspeed / cspeed dependent like on interlude , or like in gracia final like independent from aspeed/cast and 1/4 reuse times for some skills?
