Dear players!

First of all we want to thank you for everyone, who've supported us (mentaly and financially) during our challenging beginnings in renewal oldschool Interlude chronicles, until it will looks like "Yes, this is really interesting but it's still our beloved Interlude!".
Seriously, we appreciate it.​




We want to mention, that Interlude - it's truly "Golden Age" of Lineage 2 world, at least because most of the players met and became part of our big community in particular at this chronicles.

But let's be honest:
- We've been playing on product of 2006 year of release, with all it's bugs, errors and flaws, which "leastwise" been fixed by administrators of private servers during past 12 years.

Our thoughts?
Change it together.
Step by step, update by update, master our Interlude world in graphic and gameplay way.

You also like, that product is updating, changing and balancing by putting all our efforts and finance on each of this aspects also as on many others.
And it's just the way it should be. For us - it's big and important experience, for you - breath of fresh air and justified reason to support our project.



Let's get to the point:
For past few weeks we've been receiving a lot questions and suggestions from pro. players, well-organized groups and solo players which same idea:
  • To open Mid-Rate (x20 - x25) server on Interlude Final chronicles basis.
Audience arguments:
  • A lot of players have missed our 1st opening when simply didn't trust on our product;
  • x7 is to hard, we want some fast gameplay, high-end content with huge well-organized big war;
  • Your opening is right next to "May Day" holidays, so BBQ wins!
Fair enough.
We also glad to find out that our product have found it's place in players hearts.
However there are a lot of players that don't like wipes and servers chain conveyor.

So let's take a look on each step separately.


Definitely yes.

Reviews from our players was mostly positive, and less - neutral and negative.
It means that we are moving in right direction.
Of course working with and supporting PTS (C++) product is much more hard and expensive, comparing to Java platform.
But this is the point. To keep original logic and authenticity.


It's truly important for us to keep your characters with all efforts, time and resources and don't let soulless switcher of server machine to wipe them.
At the same time only server with wars and traders can be considered as alive.
And at this moment we are doing it much better than year before.
  • First of all, none of the characters that has been created on project E-Global \ Valhalla-Age was deleted;
  • Second of all, every server that ever has been opened on our project was merged and available for everyone.
Everyone understand that advertisement for already runned servers will almost not bring proper results.
However system of merged servers showing it's efficiency step by step.
Moreover we can guarantee to every player that main server will always be up to date to keep you on the edge of actual content, which is great.

In view of the foregoing:
  • We are planning to update the Midgard x5 server to Interlude Final chronicles, but before we will contact with the active players to find out their opinion;
  • Each new server based on Interlude Final going to be merged with existed x7 server.
Our goal: to create main server which such desired by current players same as for new players.


New chronicles, say the least of being breath of fresh air for every fan of Interlude servers.
And now just imagine what a great chance to embrace whole Lineage 2 market by the help of concept, which not force to play 16/7.
Just come and try, no strings attached ;)


In nearest future new update 1.5 going to be available, and you will enjoy:
  • New pvp-farm location (to be more accurate it's an old location but in new perspective);
  • Additional capacity (cap) of equipment (you shouldn't expect new set or grade, however it will provide new options for your characters);
  • Classes balance update (we are going to add Earthshaker and Anti-Mage.. Oh, wait, wrong game...);
Also we want to mention, that update 1.5 is not going to be basic (starting) for new server.
Server is going to be opened on current update 1.4 (which is 1.3 with some adjustments to meet the requariments of Mid-Rate concept).
But you should no worry!
During next 2 weeks after server's opening the update if 1.5 is going to be implemented on x25.

We marge unique concept of x25 world with our new modern chronicles of Interlude Final to create comfortable and interesting game.

Interlude Final - is a product of our team, which has been created to bring the breath of fresh air into deep-rooted Interlude community.
Bugs, routine, classes disbalance and many other issues, which became regulare thing for Interlude players more then 12 years from now.

To solve this issue, we and our partners declair principle war to key-problem of Interlude chronicles - out-of-date and maximum disbalanced game - we gather them to solve them once and for all.

We have gathered all our experience, respect our players feedback to bring the maximum joy from the game, meanwhile NOT changing the key-points of the common BroInterlude.

    • Interlude - its's the most popular (according to amoun of players) chronicle and we making them better and interesting.

Update 1.5


This update was designed to solve an issue of Interlude chronicles, such as absence of daily content (opposition at locations) and adding addtitional game content which will let players improve characterisitic of your character.

Date of update - approximately 2 weeks from the server opening

More details

Introduction:
  • In canyon of Silent Valley (under Giant Cave) hiding from the wrath of the gods, fallen giants who had betrayed their brothers in the war with the Shillen (the Mother of the Dragons) and were banished forever from Giant's Cave.
Briefly regarding update:
  • Groups of monsters can be found in this location;
  • Special monsters going to patrol the location;
  • Chain of quests going to be available there (level of trust)
  • Special Bosses are going to be appear in this location;
  • You can receive following items by farming mobs and making quest:
    • Special shoulder-strap to receive class bonuses from your S-grade equipment;
    • Cloak for S-grade equipment;
    • Resources;
    • Scrolls;
    • etc.

Grand Olympiad



Olympiad Games on Interlude Final chronicles is divided on 2 cycles:
  • 1st Olympiad stage - Week of contest\battles (no hero during this period)
  • 2nd Olympiad stage - Week of Hero (no contest\battles during this period)
Basic information:
  • Maximum olympiad points that can be withdrawn from your character in case of lost - 10
  • Maximum olympiad points that can be added to your character in case of win - 10
  • Minimum required number of participants to start Olymiad games - 5
  • Battles without class specific - every day (during 1st stage)
  • Class-based battles - Friday and Saturday
  • Duration of the Olympiad games - from 17:00 to 21:00 (CEST)


Explanation:
One week there are battles with and without class specifics, at the next week - the stronges at every class will enjoy the Hero status and all registrations for olympiad battles are disabled. Hero status will be gone at the start on next stage (1st) and the battles for Olympaid status will be renewed.

To make a sub-class you will need finish regular quests.

Feature of alternative "Pippet Knife" quest - you may not visit Baium to continue the sub-class quest:
  • Magister Kaspar offers to give you Reorin's mold in exchange for a sample of the blood of Baium. Baium is the emperor of the ancient empire who is sealed in a room atop the Tower of Insolence. He is said to have turned into a beast-like creature. Magister Hanellin of the Town of Aden will tell you how to enter his room. When you attack him, you must use a pipette knife and stab him with it.
  • Magister Kaspar gave
    30 pieces of white cloth to have them stain with the
    blood of Platinum Faction and angels in the Tower of Insolence. Let's bring them to Kaspar by staining them with the blood of angels. Monsters to be hunted: Platinum Faction Solider, Platinum Faction Archer, Platinum Faction Warrior, Platinum Faction Shaman, Platinum Faction Commander, Guardian Angel, and Seal Angel

To receive
Staff of Goddess: Rain Song (item that need to obtain nobless status) you just need to hit Raid Boss before he died. Please mention: you need to be alive and near the Boss when he will be killed. Regular quest with party hasn't be changed.
Useful information:
  • To receive item when you are not in a "last hit" party - you need to be level 78 or lower (character with sub-class level 79 and 80 will not receive item!)
  • Character need to be closer than 1500 range from Boss;
  • You character need to be alive;
  • Regular quest hasn't been changed (with party lasthit)

Your pet can now evolve to the next stage! When they reach certain level you can upgrade them at NPC Pet Manager.

Fortress


Fortress - useful as a strategic point and rally point. Every fortress has it's own unique teleport.

Fortress will not provide any other useful bonuses!
Please note! All following teleports are in a distance comparing to key-points where it leads to. (no disbalance teleport)
General info:
  • A fortress siege lasts for one hour, and can occur as often as every four hours, for 24 hours a day.
  • Once the Combat Flag is raised on a flag pole, the fortress siege ends.
  • A fortress siege begins 60 minutes after the first clan registers.
  • Fortress will automaticaly set free if 1 clan own it more then 5 days.
Registration:
  • The fortress siege registration procedure is similar to castle siege registration. A clan that is level 4 or higher can sign up to siege a fortress by talking to the Suspicious Merchant NPC near that fortress.
  • The first clan that signs up to siege a fortress must pay a participation fee. Once this fee is paid, any other clans that wish to participate in the siege do not have to pay the participation fee. After the participation fee is paid, all other clans that wish to participate have 50 minutes to sign up.
  • The siege registration can be canceled within 50 minutes of the initial siege sign-up.
  • Once the 50-minute time period for sign-ups has elapsed, the Suspicious Merchant will disappear. A 10-minute countdown will begin, after which the fortress siege will start.
  • If the fortress under siege is owned by a clan, that clan is automatically registered as defenders.
Siege Start:
  • When a fortress siege begins, the area around the fortress will change to a combat field. Registered clans can establish a headquarters on that combat field.
  • When the siege begins, all fortress doors close and designated guard NPCs are placed. If a fortress is owned by a clan, the level of the guard NPCs and various defending functions are affected by the Fortress Defense Level. Also, a Mercenary Captain NPC will appear outside the fortress. This NPC must be protected by the attacking clans.
Siege Process:
  • There are three to five NPC camps (depending on the fortress size) located inside the fortress. The five camps include the Officer's Barracks, Control Room, Archer Unit, Guard Camp and Support Unit. The Command Barracks will be located in the center of the various camps.
  • If all of the camps are captured within 10 minutes of capturing the first camp, the Command Barrack ’s door will automatically open.
  • To capture a camp, you must kill each camp’s Commander NPC. In a large fortress, you must shut off the power in the Control Room.
  • A clan can use Ballista Bombs to destroy the ballista inside the fortress; destroying ballistas will gain the attacking clan a certain amount of clan reputation.
  • After the capture of the first camp, if the attackers fail to capture the other camps within 10 minutes, each camp's Commander NPC will reappear and the players must kill the Commander NPCs all over again.
  • If all the camps are successfully captured within the time limit, the door to the Command Barracks will open and the Combat Flags will appear inside of the camp.
  • When a player acquires one of the Combat Flags, it is automatically equipped. If a character who is holding a flag dies, that flag will be returned to its original location.
  • Once players acquire the Combat Flags, their speed and various combat stats will be reduced. They will also automatically receive an active skill that allows them to place the Combat Flag in the flag pole.
  • The flag pole is located at the top of the Command Camp. If the clan succeeds in raising the Combat Flag by using the Display Flag skill, that clan will win the siege and claim the fortress.

  • Frintezza - 48 hours +- 30 min
    • The area around entry NPC to Frintezza is a PVP-zone
    • If a Character offline for more than 5 minutes inside the Boss’ area, he will be sent to the town.
Epic Bosses that are dead at server start:
  • Queen Ant - 24 hours +- 1 hour
    • Raid and guards - 80 level
    • The area around Queen ant’s respawn place is a NoRelog-area.
      Characters that are offline more than 10 minutes - will be teleported to the town.
  • Zaken - 48 hours +- 1 hour
    • Raid and quards - 80 level
    • You can enter to Zaken's ship via NPC, that will appear at 00:00 and will be gone in 10 minutes (on game time);
    • All Zaken minions cast a Raid Curse on characters that are above them for 9 levels.
    • If a Character is offline for than 5 minutes inside the ship, he will be sent to the town.
  • Baium - 5 days +- 2 hours
    • Pay Attention! There is a limitation of the time inside of Baium's nest - 2 hour. In case if Baium wouldn't be kill - he will fall back into the stone.
    • If a Character is offline for more than 5 minutes inside the Boss’ area, he will be sent to the town.
  • Antharas - 8 days
    • Characters that was offline inside of the nest for more than 10 minutes - will be teleported to the nearest village.
  • Valakas - 11 days
    • Limitation on amount of characters inside of the nest was removed;
    • Characters that was offline inside of the nest for more than 10 minutes - will be teleported to nearest village.

New stats:
  • Enchanted Ring of Core: Add 21 MP,, +1 STR, +1 INT, +15 chance of physical crit, +40% poison resistance, +1 accuracy.
  • Refined Ring of Core: + 21 MP, +2 STR, +2 INT, +30 physical crit chance, +40% poison resistance, +1 accuracy.
To get an Enchanted Ring of Core:

hello guys again, I will give my opinion as I always have, I think it is excellent to place the server mid rate, what I do not like is that they convert it into a server "PVP" like all existing "mid" servers, to which I mean? buff 2h, power enchand weapons, which completely deviates the game of the l2, my idea would be ... place the rates as you propose but with buff totally retail! this to have a not so tedious server in "LVL" and "CRAFT" and more pvp in the retail way as was done in the official servers, practically my idea is a server where you do not kill yourself by lvleando and crafteando and the pvp are retail, to avoid people with backpack trains is easy to solve, first put several filters like:

- the 2 change of profession is more expensive as 10kk for 2 change and 1 change 1.5kk so people who want to make backpacks would be a good filter or make the quest retail

- the other would be that you can open 3box only in the cities (zone of peace) outside the cities you can only have 2box per PC and in epic zones, sieges 1box this makes the suport important in the roll

other thing as the rates are high, to avoid the weapons and armors (jedis), you can place all the Enchand as many as armor and weapons and their quest are 1x and also lower the chance of success in the enchand at least half , example if to enchantar to +4 my weapon the success is 66% that is 33% now is a good way to avoid weapons and weapons +++++++++ this would be that the q has a weapon + 5 or +6 is quite difficult the idea is to play a l2 to the old school but without that hatred to lvlear and craftear that you last a long time to do it

and well there are several professions of profession that I do not like, they give advantages to several professions, but if I did not change your mind before now, I really hope to play a server that does not have to kill me in battle and craftear as in the 7x but that the pvp are like the old school, with buff of ch or some suport that you have but without walking super overbuff .

And we are glad to read your posts and thank you for you opinion, as always.
It's really important for us, that our players are also involving into the conception, balance and game as well. In such way there is a future in our very old and classy game. So thank you for that, we are appreciate it.

Regarding your all your ideas and suggestions. Let's take a look step by step.

1. The buff duration.
- Well, I agree, that it's more like pvp conception instead of mid-rate, however if we will look deeper - it's doesn't really matter.
I mean that "pvp-players" will receive cancel, being killed or get into noize field, so 2h for that wouldn't work that much. So who will enjoy such bonus? Solo and slow-play players, that don't rush level or equipment. They will have a chance to farm better, to avoid that gap between them and pro\pvp-players. This is the idea that we considered while making such call.

2. We believe that it's going to be huge filter and failure threshold for solo or relax players. I don't think it's good idea NOT to consider them as a part of our community. In other case they will just leave or even wouldn't start, because it's would be to hard for them.

3. Boxes (peace and ourside-the-town zones).
- This is sounds really good and I agree that it would be nice to do such thing. However I don't think there is any engine mechanic that will allow to set such settings or engine is able to be updated to have any. I need to check on that.

4. At this moment we are re-working the conception of enchantment system, that will gives the simple and understandable bonus for sets even on earlier stages, for example full +4 set. It such way we are going to make enchantment scrolls desirable for every player, which mean that having ++++ set\item just like that wouldn't be that easy, because everyone will keep it for themselves.

5. We are constantly working on balance and class\skill changing. Keeping interlude like it is - will cause a decreasing of players and game session (server lifetime). We want to make a better Interlude without changing it's basis. Help us our be posting such posts\threads and we will make it happen together!

the truth, if it would matter the buffs, it is not the same pvp retail to pvp full buff, it is not the same a magician full buff to self buff, the same as the archers etc .. the pvp with buff of ch or buff of wc or pp (dual box) is very different from the full buff pvp, the players who play will only benefit from the high rates ... that the server has,
Exp / SP - x25 RB Exp / SP - x15 Adena - x15 Seal Stone - chance 100%, q-ty х5 Drop - chance x10, q-ty х1 Spoil - chance x10, q-ty х1 RB drop - chance x5 Epic Boss Exp / SP / Drop - x1 Manor - new system Drop quest item - x2 * Quest - reward (adena / exp / sp) x10

the pvp self buff will notice the ability that the person has to use that profession and apart is more fun

another thing that I saw was when placing posions of mp, you would eliminate or remove from the server the Elders, unless you can place that you can not use the mp positions being in pvp, because of rest this is like doing a server GF or h5 mid (3 or 2 cardinal partys with everything else missing) healer squeezing Greater Battle Heal and Major Group Heal like crazy.

a person who plays only the l2 is enough for him to be able to lvl and equip himself relatively quickly, that is why most people who do not have time or play only play serve high rates

if you can do it I have seen it in many server h5, in the areas of epics and siege, it is not allowed to have more than 1 account per pc because it takes you out of the zone

yes, it is good to make a balance and be somewhat difficult to have weapons and armor +++++ enchand as this imbalances the game

i think you should at least wait for beta, test few stuff and then you will see.
Why do you think buffs are problem when you must have all supports in pt anyway for resist/3rd prof and very much likely rebuff because of noise and cancel

when have you seen an elder on a pvp server interlude or some cronica?, (with mp pots) :nu4to:

how many support have you seen in the interlude servers (server pvp) that you played?(PP,WC,EE,SE,CAT,PONY,SWS,BD), in epic sieges etc? they are pure party of magicians mostly sps for the cancel and 3 bishop in the party, and you have never seen support for the cancel in server pvp interlude, this does not mean that the support as PP,WC,EE,SE,CAT,PONY,SWS,BD are bad, but practically put them useless in the pvp servers, in h5 is something a little different, but do not think that the difference is much, besides that this is not h5, is played on the basis of interlude, I say it for all the experience and years that I have played this game, servers "FULL BUFF" distorted the l2 disappear many professions thanks to that, in h5 there are some more, because the chronicle is more leveled interlude !, people who like to play low servers is not because they like to lvlear and kill mobs, it is because of the experience of pvp, agites, asedio, epics and how to play (retail), because practically the majority of people who play a low 90% use BOTS! for LVL, because he does not like to kill mobs or because they do not have the time to do it, mostly those who donate more or use more bot are those who mostly have more time to play ;)

I do not understand .. why do you say that ?, I prefer 1,000,000 times to play this style of PVP(retail), to play one where I walk with dance and song of 2h and overbuff, even the sws, bd and wc have the opportunity to pvpear,

have you played servers mid h5 ?, those servers have the same system of mp pots with the same c / d of 10sec, the difference is that some servers place mp den (400 600 or 1000), and in no server h5 you see a rechard (everything depends on the server), the healers if they get to run out of mp, but that's when several healers burn the mp, the rest is very difficult that 3 "CARDINAL" in a party are left without mp, abria to try the "300" of mp, but I'm almost sure it's the same result

clear that the law, do you think that by not placing the prophecies, and the resistance of the sws and bd these rolearan and go out to do pvp ?, in a server interlude? Where are your buffs 20 + 4 ?, I would like you to look for a video or some picture of a good party of magicians or archers or any party in a retail server, where your buff have enough resistance?

do you think a "WC" will be a roll, just to make cov in a warrior party? Do an OL dualbox and I can throw cov, being out of the party

the magicians and the "POW"? you can backpack to the same EE, (something annoying) and throw POW every 5min to the party, or you can simply pvp the magician with cov from the same OL

If you came to see the video that I put, you can see how a magician can kill without any kind of problems without buff, without dances, without songs and even "COV", or "POW", a magician in a retail server sends you a " vortex + un slug "," and you're pretty low on hp "and that's not to mention that it does not have dances and songs, except that if you get critical you do not live, then you want the magician to do that with dances and songs?

with 300 mana / 10 sec u cant rely only on mana potions confirmed.
if it was 1000 maybe but its interlude and not hi5
in hi5 mid rates they dont use elders bcz bishops have sublime to restore full mp to whole party
also for supports bd/sws/wc are essential because of the cancel skills/noize skills and also 3rd proffesion buffs
its the same as l2 realm where u had to use every class
