Most issues are caused by the following reasons:
  • You are using not our native game client
  • You haven't updated your game client via Averia Updater
  • You haven't your DirectX updated
  • You haven't your video card drivers updated
  • Your antivirus or firewall are interrupting your gameplay
  • You are using third-party software such as: CP spammer/Clicker/Bot

Solution:Update DirectX and video card drivers. Enable Direct3D.

Login Issues.
Issue: I received login info on my e-mail, what do I do?
Solution: Log in to Averia.ws using data you received and create game account(s)

Issue: I am entering the game and black screen/critical error/loading screen appears.
Solution: Create another character in the same account and enter .repair [nickname] in the chatbar. Your character will be in town, and his equipment will appear in private warehouse.

Issue: 'You are entering the game, please wait'
Solution: Turn both antivirus and firewall OFF. If that didn't help, go to /system/ and find ErrorCode file. Create a topic in tech.support and provide that file's content.

Issue: Couldn't connect to server
Solution: Log in to Averia.ws and check if you have HWID-attachment enabled. Disable it.

Issue: Stuck at choosing a proxy-server
Solution: Close the game client and try another proxy.
Other issues.
Issue:Settings are reset every time I log in.
Solution:Remove option.ini and run full check via Updater.

Issue:Dualbox gets disconnected often.
Solution:Try to choose different proxy-servers. Uncheck 'Decrease background performance' box in game options.

Issue:System load exceeds 80%
Solution:Delete /system/ and run full check via Updater.

Issue:PIN-code problems (black screen)

Issue:Can't see enemy CP/HP in duel mode.
