I get the message "cannot run in this locale" when i try to start the game ? any suggestions ?

This is not a common mistake, we will try to fix it in the near future

Temporary solution to the problem - You need to change "UNICODE" in system (control panel>language>location>Administrative>Change the system's regional settings>and choose "Russia"

i have a file "localization.ini" that way you don't need to run a different Region unicode, it modifies the localization of your l2 only, if GM contacts me i can send them the file to put it in the patch or share it on forum :)

Unfortunately, the replacement of localization.ini file does not always help in this issue
