Probably you tried to launch the game during server restart. Can you enter the game now?

U dont solev my problems i lost 1 talisman lvl4( i buy 2 frome donate and nowe one is gone) and next one i cant use talisman lvl 5 with bracle lvl 4

Its write so ( u dont meet the reqiured condition to equipt that item).

Delete System and SysTextures, and re-download via updater.
